What Is the Resonant Chamber
The Resonant Chamber is a unique wellness modality that combines light, colour, sound, frequency, and sacred geometry to create an immersive environment that supports the body's natural ability to return to greater balance and coherence.
At the heart of the experience is a twelve-sided chamber designed to provide a dedicated space where external distractions are minimized, allowing you to simply rest, observe, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session is personalized by a trained practitioner, who selects specific combinations of light, colour, music, frequencies, and session protocols based on your intentions and individual goals.
People seek Resonant Chamber sessions for many different reasons. Some are looking to reduce stress and restore balance. Others are navigating personal challenges, seeking greater clarity, supporting their personal growth, or simply creating space for deep rest and reflection. Every experience is unique, and each session unfolds in its own way.

What to expect in the Resonant Chamber session.
Calm, unhurried, and always your choice. Here's how a session typically flows.
Before You Arrive
Before your session begins, you'll complete any necessary intake and consent forms. Your practitioner will answer your questions, discuss your intentions, and ensure you're comfortable before the session begins.
Settling in
Once you're comfortably seated, your practitioner will prepare the Resonant Chamber by setting the colours and music according to your personalized protocol. You'll then hear the intention created for your session before the chamber door is gently closed. You'll experience approximately 40 minutes of music followed by 10 minutes of quiet, allowing the integration process to begin.
The session
A typical appointment lasts 75–90 minutes, depending on your practitioner, with approximately 50 minutes spent in the Resonant Chamber. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and removing your shoes before entering the chamber. Throughout the session, you're always in control. If you need assistance at any time, simply press the call button and your practitioner will pause the music and attend to you. The chamber door can remain open if that helps you feel more comfortable. Whether you choose to keep your eyes open or closed is entirely up to you. We invite you to hold your intention at the beginning of the session, then simply let go, relax, and allow yourself to experience whatever unfolds.
Integration
After your session, you'll have time to sit, enjoy an electrolyte drink, and reflect on your experience with your practitioner. We provide a Superior electrolyte drink to support hydration following your session. Your practitioner will answer any questions and offer guidance on self-care, as the effects of a Resonant Chamber session may continue to unfold over the next 5–7 days. During this time, we recommend staying well hydrated, taking things a little easier when possible, journaling your experiences, and spending time in nature.
Choosing a recognized practitioner
- • Look for an ARCP directory listing — every practitioner shown has agreed to our professional standards.
- • Ask about the practitioner's training, experience, and the type of session they offer.
- • Ensure the practitioner is comfortable working alongside your health care providers where relevant.
- • Trust your comfort. A good practitioner welcomes your questions and never pressures you.
